This award is offered as a result of collaborating universities including Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR), the National University of Singapore (NUS), the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the Singapore Management University (SMU), and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

Benefits
For a period of for up to 4 years of doctorate studies, the Singapore International Graduate Award covers (1) Tuition fees, (2) Monthly allowance of S$2,200 to be augmented to S$2,700 after succeeding the Qualifying Examination, , (3) One-time settling-in fee of S$1,000, and (4) One-time flight ticket of up to S$1,500.
