Who Should Apply?

As this scholarship program is open to citizens of the Member Countries of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Member Countries of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM). Eligible candidates for the Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2022 are those from these eligible countries.

It is important to note that in order to apply for the Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2022, candidates need to be officially nominated. Please, keep in mind that applications submitted directly will not be taken into consideration.
