For candidates from developing countries who have a relevant working experience and a history of contributing to the development of their countries. There is a scholarship program known as L-EARN for Impact Scholarship, which will be offered to qualified applicants who want to pursue their studies at the master’s level by commencing in the academic year 2022-2023 at Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

Please keep in mind that after graduating from the master program, the scholarship awardees have to return to their home country for using the earned skills and for contributing to the economic and social development of their countries.

Benefits

The scholarship amount is € 15.000 (maximum) plus tuition fee waiver.

Who Should Apply?

The scholarship will be awarded to candidates from these Developing Countries of the World Bank (see on the List of countries – L-EARN for Impact Scholarship ).

Faculties considered under the L-EARN for Impact Scholarship 2022-2023 include:  Erasmus Medical Centre , Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication , and Erasmus School of Law .

In fact, applicants need to meet these criteria:

❶Being the national of one of the Developing Countries of the World Bank.

❷Having recent relevant working experience after completing a Bachelor’s program.

❸Being an excellent student following the standard of the faculty. You need to have the mean grade equivalent to 8.0 (the Dutch grade) on the Dutch grading scale of 1 to 10.

❹Being an applicant for a full-time master’s program at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
