For example, selected candidates will be given the opportunity for demonstrating their new skills and commercial knowledge during assessments at the end of every year, as well as a final assignment before finishing the Shell Graduate Program. Entry requirements

Eligibility criteria to apply for the Shell Graduate Program include:

▶Year of study: For the Shell Graduate Program, you must be in your final year of study or have graduated from a recognized university.

▶Degree: Explore the Degree Matcher for discovering which career paths you can follow in the Shell Graduate Program with your qualifications. When you submit your application, you can use the results from the Degree Matcher for indicating the career area within Shell you are most interested in.

▶Academic records: No specific academic requirements for grades, but it is expected that candidates have a strong academic record.

Assessment Criteria

During the application and assessment process, applicants will be assessed based on 2 criteria outlined below, which are known as CAR criteria:

❶ Capacity: In order to see how well you absorb information, analyze problems, make fact-based decisions, and propose innovative solutions.

❷ Achievement: In order to assess how you get things done, for instance your drive, organizational skills, self-confidence, and resilience.

❸ Relationships: For looking at how well you work in teams, respect others, and communicate.
