Do you want to do university studies at the master’s level in the United Kingdom with a focus on Real Estate or Real Estate Finance? Dou you need financial support during such studies? If yes, there is no doubt that you may be a suitable candidate for the scholarship programme known as the Real Estate and Planning African Scholarship in conjunction with the Reading Real Estate Foundation (RREF) and the African Real Estate Society (AfRES) which is offered at Henley Business School, University of Reading. The Real Estate and Planning African Scholarship in conjunction with RREF and AfRES has a value of £125,000 scholarship fund available.

Eligibility Criteria
All Africa domiciled offer holders who have applied for the MSc Real Estate or MSc Real Estate Finance who have not previously studied outside their home country.
Shortlisting and selection are done based on academic merit and the candidates’ responses to the questions in the application form.
If offered a scholarship it must be accepted within four weeks of the scholarship offer date. After such deadline, scholarship offers may be withdrawn and reallocated.

Application Process
Application is done via the University of Reading applicant portal once an offer has been made. You can only submit your application when you have an offer (unconditional or conditional). When you view your offer in the portal you will see the link for applying for scholarship(s) relevant to your offer.

Important Dates
The closing date for receiving applications for the Real Estate and Planning African Scholarship in conjunction with RREF and AfRES is on May 1, 2022. All applications will be reviewed after the application deadline and not on a rolling basis.
